Local Deliveries within Greater Vancouver - 24 hours. Courier Deliveries within British Columbia - 1-2 Business Days (not including order date) Courier Deliveries Alberta, Sask, Manitoba - 2-4 Business Days (not including order date). Courier Deliveries Ontario - 4-5 Business Days (not including order date). Courier Deliveries Rest of Canada - 5-6 Business Days (not including order date). If nobody is home to accept delivery, then delivery will be delayed at least 24 hours. If the delivery is local, then delivery may be delayed until we can contact the recipient to arrange a delivery time. Seascape Gift Baskets have made every effort to ensure the selection process is completed easily and quickly. The overall selection of gift basket types has been kept at a minimum, with the emphasis on allowing you, the purchaser, to select from a variety of BC VQA wines as well as add optional products to your special gift . Local BC and international products have been hand-selected to create a most enjoyable gift basket experience. The contents of all baskets are itemized to ensure that you are aware of exactly what you are receiving. We may be reached by e-mail, toll free number or fax. SHIPPING / DELIVERY INFORMATION We attempt to provide 24 hour turnaround an orders within the Vancouver/lower mainland. Please note that in peak seasons this process will be on a first ordered/first delivered basis and some orders may require longer. If you have any concerns about delivery, please contact us. We do accept orders to recipients outside of this area, but delivery times will vary depending on the locality. If nobody is home to accept delivery, then delivery will be delayed at least 24 hours. If we are unable to complete the shipment of a basket in the lower mainland area, or if a basket is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by you, we can re-ship the basket to the recipient. There will be an additional shipping cost involved. Please ensure your recipient's address is correct at time of purchase and includes a phone number if possible. If you wish to cancel the basket you will be responsible for the processing costs and incurred freight costs. Delivery charges
are broken down into 3 groups. The first group is Lower Mainland of Vanvouver which is personally delivered. The second two groups are delivered using a courier ground service. Group 1.Lower Mainland of BC. Local delivery rate is $9.00 per gift basket. The lower mainland of Vancouver British Columbia consists of Abbotsford, Aldergrove, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Delta, Fort Langley, Ladner, Langley, Maple Ridge, Matsqui, Mission, New Westminister, North Vancouver, Pitt Meadows, Port Moody, Port Coquitlam, Port Kells, Port Moody, Richmond, Surrey, Tsawwassen, Vancouver, West Vancouver and White Rock. Group 2. Rest Of BC. Any locality not included in the pop down list falls under the rest of British Columbia. Delivery times are 1 to 2 days not including the date the gift is ordered. Some remote interior locations will take longer. Delivery rates are charged accordingly and automatically a flat shipping fee is charged according to the weight of the gift basket. These areas are not included in the lower mainland delivery charge rate. One notable exception to this rule is Bowen Island which fall under the rest of British Columbia plus incurs a $22.50 surcharge. Group 3. Rest Of Canada. We would be delighted to meet your gift basket requirements. Please order online or contact us if you have any concerns regarding shipping times. Delivery times vary from 2-3 days for Alberta and Saskatchewan to 4-5 days for Ontario.Quebec and further east takes 5-6 days. As the gift baskets are being sold as gifts and contain food products, gift baskets will not returned unless there is a problem with the gift basket or its contents. All gift baskets are created and inspected by SeaScape Gift Baskets prior to shipping. We ensure that all products are fresh and in an undamaged condition. Great care is taken in delivering the products (both local delivery and rest of BC). However there may be times when a gift would arrive to the recipient in less than perfect condition. We require that all damaged products be reported within 3 days of delivery and will require the return of the damaged product for inspection purposes. All online orders are made using 128-bit SSL encryption to ensure the highest integrity and security of your data. It is recognized that some customers will not be comfortable completing their purchase on line.
